Wright State University is holding a career fair for veterans and their families to learn about job opportunities in the area.
From 3 to 7 p.m. on May 21, veterans and their families can visit the university’s Student Union for Vets Moving Forward.
Job seekers can hear from over 70 veteran service organizations and more than 20 employees of various companies.
“Wright State is proud to partner with the Greater Miami Valley myVeteran Community to host this collaborative event where the veteran support community rallies to show support for our local veterans and service members,” Seth Gordon, Ph.D., director of the Veteran and Military Center at Wright State University.
Veterans needing to obtain a veteran ID card, services from the VA or need help on filing a VA claim will have an opportunity to do so at the event.
