Teresa Faye Wood, 71, of Beavercreek, Ohio, passed away Monday, July 13, 2026. Teresa was born in Atlanta, Georgia to the late William and Doris Ford.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and survived by her husband, Robert Wood; her daughter, Sarah and Jason Barrett; her son, Michael and Madalyn Miller; and her grandchildren, Viera, Michelle, Kayta, Javen and Lorelei.
Teresa graduated from Wright State University, where she worked for 34 years until she retired in 2005. Her love of horses, crime shows, puzzles, baking desserts, margaritas, Mardi Gras and gardening in her fairy garden; was only surpassed by her love of her grandchildren.
Services were held on July 20, 2026, at Newcomer Funeral Home in Beavercreek.
